PT Global Digital Seedbacklink ("seedbacklink") operates a web portal service platform for publication and backlink transactions.
seedbacklink acts as an aggregator for brands and SMBs to gain broader online exposure through publication and backlink services.
The terms below govern the working relationship between the platform, buyers, bloggers, media partners, and all users.
Basic Definitions
- Media refers to channels that deliver information to the public, with publication channels decided by the media partner.
- Media orders may be published on domains/subdomains different from the media main domain.
- A Blogger is an individual who regularly writes on an online journal or website.
- A Brand is a corporate mark used by a company to differentiate itself in the market.
- SMB refers to small and medium businesses under applicable size/revenue criteria.
Publisher Policy
For each successful transaction via seedbacklink, a 25% platform fee is applied from the total payment received by the blogger.
- Access to a broader market to sell backlinks.
- Secure payment protection.
- Customer support and dispute mediation.
- Continuous platform development.
- Platform maintenance and marketing costs.
Service Delivery Policy
Buyers must complete payment before service delivery begins. Sellers may accept/reject orders within a maximum of 3 x 24 hours.
- If a buyer rejects, the seller must revise the work.
- If a buyer accepts, balance is released to the seller automatically.
- Buyers are advised to review samples before purchase.
Account Blocking Policy
seedbacklink may take strict action against accounts violating these Terms of Service or applicable laws.
- Temporary/permanent blocking based on violation severity.
- Notification of blocking reason and appeal process.
- Policy transparency as user compliance guidance.
